"Really good brownies, but the communication could be clearer"
I got a mixed box the brownies were so good. They had that deep chocolate flavor without being way too sweet, and the edges were my favorite part because they were a little chewy and extra rich.
The flavors actually tasted different too, not like the same brownie with random toppings thrown on. My only annoyance was that the communication around the order wasn’t super clear, so I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first. Still, I was really happy with the box and would order again

"Cute box, but the packaging was a little messy"
The box looked really cute, but a few of the brownies had shifted around by the time it arrived, and the wrapping felt about a little rushed. It wasn’t bad overall, I just expected it to look a bit cleaner.

"Arrived right on time"
I ordered a box of Fairytale Brownies for my sister and was a little nervous because I really didn’t want to risk it showing up late or spending the money and having it arrive messed up. But it got there on the exact day they promised, and the tracking updated like it should. One corner of the box was a bit squished, which made me worry for a second, but the Fairytale Brownies inside were totally fine. Overall, relieved and happy with it.

"I ordered from brownies.com not expecting too..."
I ordered from brownies.com not expecting too much, but yeah, they showed up really fresh. They were still soft, not dry at all, and the middle had that fudgy texture while the edges had a little chew to them. I’ll admit, they did taste like they were baked the same day. I guess I’d probably order them again.

"Easy ordering, but a little disappointing"
I had a quick question before placing my order and they got back to me fast, which was nice. Checkout was simple too and didn’t give me any trouble. I just wish the overall experience had felt a bit more impressive, because I was expecting a little more.
